Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Bestie DTF! We know you’re excited to get your transfers and start pressing, so we work hard to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible.

Processing & Handling

• Fast Turnaround: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

• Business Days: Our processing days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping speeds to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: Usually arrives in 3–5 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for time-sensitive projects.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Bestie DTF.

Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy

• Correct Information: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• PO Boxes: We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Bestie DTF is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

International Shipping

We currently ship to USA and Canada. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bestie DTF is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
